Greencore Group Plc (ISE: GCG) has acquired On a Roll Sales, Inc., a manufacturer of fresh sandwiches, wraps, calzones, salads and ready-to-eat meals based in Brockton, Massachusetts. Silverwood Partners was the exclusive financial advisor to On a Roll Sales, Inc. in connection with this transaction.
“On a Roll is a promising, growing business with a well diversified customer base of major retailers and convenience stores,” said Eoin Tonge, development director for Greencore. “This acquisition will provide an additional revenue stream to Greencore USA’s Food to Go category and will complement our existing businesses in Newburyport, Massachusetts and Cincinnati, Ohio.”
