Silverwood Partners Advises ITC Global, Inc. in the Sale of a Majority Equity Interest to Riverside Partners

SHERBORN, MA – November 28, 2011

Silverwood Partners announced today that ITC Global, Inc. ("ITC" or the "Company"), an international provider of satellite communications services to mining, energy and maritime businesses operating in remote or harsh environments, has entered into an agreement to sell a majority equity interest to Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm. As part of the transaction, Riverside Partners will also provide the Company with significant capital to support ITC's future growth initiatives. The investment is expected to close following customary regulatory approvals. Silverwood Partners initiated this transaction and was the exclusive financial advisor to ITC Global, which is headquartered in St Petersburg, Florida.

ITC's customers enjoy custom-designed, innovative solutions, including regional and/or global clouds of capacity, hybrid fiber-satellite networks and high-level network engineering.
