Hälsa Foods is pleased to announce an investment led by Gary Hirshberg, the co-founder and former CEO of Stonyfield Organic. Hälsa is the maker of the first and only 100% clean and organic oat milk yogurt. Founded by Helena Lumme and Mika Manninen, Hälsa sets a new standard for the plant-based milk category by eliminating all food additives and chemicals from the manufacturing process and recipes.
Mr. Hirshberg will join Hälsa’s Board of Directors. Existing investor Danone Manifesto Ventures as well as new investor Andrew Abraham, the founder and CEO of Orgain, also participated in the investment.
