Chuck Slotkin
Chuck Slotkin is a Managing Director Advisor with Silverwood Partners. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Nature’s Equity, LLC, a business advisory firm founded in 1990. Mr. Slotkin is an investment banking professional and entrepreneur who has been focused onthe sustainable consumer products sector since the early growth of the industry.
Mr. Slotkin developed his middle-market investment banking experience at the New York based firms of Herzfeld & Stern, and Gruntal & Co. He combines his professional competencies in mergers & acquisitions, equity financing, and valuations with his entrepreneurial instincts and personal commitment to natural products and alternative health care. Since 1990 Mr. Slotkin has been developing relationships with entrepreneurs in all sectorsof the sustainable food and supplement industry (growers, manufacturers, marketers, distributors, and retailers) working toward a sustainable economy. He has a successful track record in completing mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, venture capital, restructurings, valuations, and strategic business planning for companies of all sizes.
Mr. Slotkin has a BA degree from Colorado College in Political Science, History and Economics, and an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
