Dave is a trained coach and mentor at ICA, MSIV and SKU, who founded and exited two food companies. He currently helps create educational content for the Specialty Food Association and Naturally Bay Area. Dave was a 2023 inductee to the Specialty Food Hall of Fame, honoring individuals who have been instrumental in building and shaping the $100+ billion specialty food industry into the thriving business it is today.
Known as an innovator, his contributions to the industry provide consumers with more interesting options while propelling the specialty food category forward.
He founded, operated and successfully exited Dave’s Gourmet, a gourmet sauce company that won dozens of awards, gained enormous media coverage, and reached millions of consumers by selling to thousands of stores.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
