Mark brings executive-level experience in complex provider and payer contract negotiations. These include risk sharing arrangements, value-based methodologies, and a variety of new product development efforts (state filings, regulatory and compliance oversight with state agencies, operational policy and procedure, etc.). He has developed networks at the state, regional and national level for government programs, including Medicare, Exchange, Medicaid and the Veterans Administration. His commercial affiliates have included HMO, PPO, WorkersComp, and Self-Funded product offerings. Mark has over 25 years of industry experience.
