Peter Dines has extensive experience as both an entrepreneur, board member and Venture Capitalist.  He is founder of C7 Ventures an investment and advisory company having previously served as Managing Director of Mercia Ventures, one of the UK’s most active seed and series A Venture Capitalists where he gained full company growth life cycle experiences from investment to exits and where he continues to serve as an Operating Partner and member of the investment committee.

He has extensive experience across a wide range of healthcare growth companies and combines his Operator Executive experience with his Investor Non-Executive experience to support the healthcare industry.  He has a personal philosophy that puts both the customer and the team at the heart of company strategy.

Prior to becoming a Venture Capitalist Mr. Dines was the founder and owner of Surgi C Group, a spine and orthopedic distribution business and co-founder and lead investor of what is now TAC Healthcare, a diagnostic service provider.
