As CEO of Ubilite, Inc. a, fabless semiconductor company that has developed Ultra Low Power Wi-Fi Chips for IoT applications, Peter is responsible for fundraising and company strategy for the WiFi SoC’s optimized for IoT.  Direct interface with VC and corporate business development for potential partners.

Peter is a seasoned international semiconductor hardware executive expert in wireless and optical technologies and markets.  His experience includes C-level executive at start-ups, medium and Fortune 500 companies, owning R/D roadmap and vision including standards, regulatory impact and make vs. buy decisions, as well as fundraising, P/L ownership and M/A for differentiated technologies.

He is an expert in bringing R/D from concept phase through high volume revenue.  Peter is adept in understanding and communication to Board impact of standards and regulatory impact to the business, with strong ties to 3GPP, IEEE, and FCC.  He is skilled in alignment of supplier and corporate technology roadmaps and communicating impact of supplier roadmaps to Board.  Experienced in creating and managing technical career ladder and university relationships for Fortune 500 company and in creating, structuring and recruiting technical advisory board for Fortune 500 company.

Peter previously brought start-up SiGe from 1M to 100M in revenue as VP Eng and CTO.  Co-led sale to Skyworks and as VP/GM of Skyworks managed integration of team and increased revenue more than 5 fold at accretive margins.  Promoted to CTO Peter managed integration of technology acquisitions (Japan, Korea and Singapore) and spent three years in Asia.  He reported to Board on standards and regulatory impact to the business and owned the technology vision.
