Senior Bankers
Silverwood Partners' senior investment bankers each specialize in one of the firm's target sectors within the technology, consumer, and healthcare industries. The senior banker is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, individual companies, and key individuals behind the companies in his or her covered sector.
The firm's senior investment bankers are required to operate in a multi function role as banker, research analyst, and strategist, applying comprehensive knowledge to provide high value advice to clients in strategic transactions. Silverwood is a highly entrepreneurial firm and its senior bankers are required and expected to operate in a self-directed manner with a substantial degree of autonomy.
As an industry focused firm with worldwide sector coverage, Silverwood can offer significant location flexibility to senior bankers. While the firm is headquartered in the metro Boston area, the firm can accommodate and support a banker located anywhere in the world.
Of greater importance than location is industry knowledge. Silverwood is most interested in individuals that are industry specialists seeking to monetize their industry expertise through investment banking transactions, consulting engagements, and venture capital opportunities. For such individuals, Silverwood offers an immediate, professional platform staffed by like minded colleagues that is a registered member firm of FINRA. Silverwood will consider industry or product generalists only if such individuals have a demonstrable expertise in a particular industry sector.
